Consultancy GHD and the Stockholm Environment Institute at the University of York developed the Low Carbon Strategy for the National Health Service in Wales.

GHD has UK offices in London and York and employs a team of 50 permanent staff and over 50 associates. The UK business consists of four service groups: Project and Quality Management; Railway Engineering; Railway Operations & Planning and Asset Management. The capability within these service groups covers the entire business and asset life cycle and supports a wide range of business activities in areas as diverse as the development of new infrastructure, identifying efficient asset management solutions, designing better client products and services, sustainability and formulating business performance improvement strategies.
